We were sad to hear of Barbara's passing. I had only known her for a few weeks - she was my mom's roommate at Mallard Bay. She was so nice to my mom!! We had some nice chats when I was there visiting. As it turns out, she and my mom both worked at Western Printing around the same time - back in the 60's. I went to Mallard Bay this week and had cookies and a card for her, only to find out that she had passed away. I am sorry not to have seen her before she passed away - to tell her that it was nice getting to know her. I could tell that she was a special person!!! Our prayers to all of her family. From Patty Brohawn and family.
