Delmar Carroll, Jr

Delmar R. Carroll, Jr., 68, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on May 4, 2016. He was the son of the late Delmar & Ruth Wheatley Carroll of Cambridge, Maryland. He is survived by his sister, Jeanne Ewell and her husband Sonny Ewell; niece Heather Bender & her family from Wyoming.

Delmar R. Carroll, Jr. was the light of his parent’s life. He was loved beyond all measure by so many people. He was bright, witty and full of fun. Del had that way about him; that little laugh and the flashing twinkle in his eye made you want to be around him.

Even as a small boy, he had the heart and soul of a talented artist; drawing and creating clay sculptures of cowboys complete with removable hats, chaps and 6-shooters.

That young boy grew up & lived a full and robust life, mostly on his own terms. He will be missed by those who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. The funeral will be private.

A. Wingfield Extending deepest sympathy to family and friends in this time or sorrow. Please find comfort in knowing that soon all those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus' voice and come out. (John 5:28,29) Until that blessed day, may the GOD of all comfort grant you peace (2 Cor. 1:3,4) while many fond memories of Delmar warm your hearts. 06/01/2016 R. Newkirk My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Dell. Take note of this guarantee found at John 5:25: "Most truly I say to you, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who have paid attention will live." While we wait for that declaration to take place, please look forward to the time when God fulfills his promise of a time when there will be no more death, sorrow, crying, or pain.
