Morris “Johnny” Willey, 76, of Cambridge, MD passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Chesapeake Woods Center, Cambridge with his loving family by his side.
Johnny was born April 14, 1936. He was the youngest son of 10 children of the late John and Myrtle Willey. His entire life was lived in the Cambridge area.
On April 2, 1961, Johnny married his sweetheart “Betsy”. Together they enjoyed nearly 52 years of marriage. Where one was seen the other was normally not far away.
A very hard working man, Johnny was a forklift operator with Chun King Foods for over 33 years. He was an outdoorsman and loved the simpler things in life. His family was always foremost in his thoughts, a very dedicated family man. Remembering his special liking to “Scooby Doo” will always bring smiles to his family and friends.
Surviving besides his wife Betsy are three children Robert and wife Jane of Vienna, John of Cambridge and Lori Bell and husband Mike of Mardela Springs; grandchildren Ashley Willey and Matthew Bell; brother Dick; sisters Hazel Holly and Frances Nardillo; numerous nieces and nephews and his best friend Barry Wingate and wife Susan.
Preceding him in death besides his parents are brother’s Raymond, Buddy and Russell and sister’s Ruth Bramble, Evelyn Spedden and Norma Lee Bramble.
A visitation with family will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 6 till 8 p.m. at the Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A., Cambridge.
In lieu of flowers donations in the memory of Johnny can be made to the Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A., 308 High St., Cambridge, MD 21613 to assist the family with expenses.

I will miss uncle johnny so much, he was always smiling and fun loving. he made me feel love always. sorry to aunt liz, lori and john and robert, mike and matthew for your lose. he will be miss.

Oh my Betsy, Robert,Lori,Sol and family members, sooo deeply sorry for your loss & pain. I remember his wonderful smile. He surley will be missed.
