Alma Krepka

Alma (Jean) Krepka, 79, of Cambridge, MD went to be with God on Sunday, August 12, 2012.
Born in Kentucky on December 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Nora Sizemore and Woodrow Sexton.
In Jeans younger years she moved to Baltimore, MD where she met her husband Joe at the age of eighteen. They enjoyed fifty-six years of marriage prior to Joe going to be with the Lord.
Jean worked as a seamstress for forty years making men’s ties. She enjoyed playing the slots, watching old game shows and listening to country music. Jean never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone.
Surviving her are many family members and friends, too many to mention individually, they were all very special to her.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 17, 2012 beginning 12:00 p.m. at the Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A., 308 High Street, Cambridge, MD with Father Bruce Byrolly officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Spedden- Seward Cemetery, Cambridge.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Jean may be sent to St Mary’s Refuge of Sinners Catholic Church (St. Vincent De Paul Society), 1515 Glasgow Street, Cambridge, MD or perform a random act of kindness in her memory.
