With Charlotte’s passing a truly kind heart has stopped beating as she will be remembered for her generosity. Throughout her life, she repeatedly gave to her family by lending a hand and bestowing gifts. She would often send cards to family members and provide items they could utilize. She was the epitome of a true “giver”.

Besides her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by an older brother, Russell Wheedleton and sister, Doris Smith. Additionally, preceding her in death were brothers-in-law James “Jimmy” Turpin, Harry “Bondy” Lauck, and Elwood Smith.

Left to mourn her passing are sisters Onita Lauck and Patsy Turpin, brother Glen Payne and sister-in-law Connie Payne. She is also survived by nephews Donald Richard Lauck, “G.A.” Payne, “J.T.” Turpin, Marty Smith and Mark Smith. Surviving nieces are Cheryl Lauck, Kim White, Valerie Adkins, Ashley Eberspacher, Dawn Cox, Melissa Gibbons, and Kay Wyatt.
