James Windsor

James Thomas "Tom" Windsor passed away March 25, 2018 at PRMC in Salisbury. Tom was born June 14, 1955 at the Cambridge Hospital to Anne Roberts Windsor and the late Frederick Ewell Windsor.
Tom had a unique way of continuing the excitement of the holidays, whether it was running downstairs to see what Santa brought or search for every candy the Easter bunny left. He lived with his parents until health problems required more care than they could provide. At that time he moved to Holly Center in Salisbury where he lived with his brother Rick.
Tom attended Dorchester County School programs for children with special needs. He then participated in local vocational programs at Dorchester Developmental Unit, now Delmarva Community Services, until his deteriorating health required him to stay at home.
Tom liked bowling, Herbie the Love Bug movies and whistling at “purty” ladies.
He is survived by his Mom, five siblings, Frederick Ewell "Rick" Windsor, Jr. of Salisbury, Md., Julia Windsor Yale of Potomac, Md., John Robert Windsor and his wife Marian Harper Windsor of East New Market, Md., George Lake Windsor and his wife Dee Delaha Windsor of East New Market, Md., and Timothy B.
