Joy Anne Harding, 52, of Milford, Delaware, passed away on May 31, 2012 at her home.
Born November 12, 1959 in Cambridge, Md. she was the daughter of Darcy Mathew Sr and Joyce Kempster Nielsen Harding.
She attended Dorchester County schools and graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School with the class of 1978.
Joy Anne worked as a waitress for over twenty years and was employed at the Magnolia Restaurant in Magnolia, DE at the time of her death.
Surviving besides her parents, are two sons Joseph Lee and Devon Mathew DeSaulniers of Madison; two brothers Darcy Mathew Harding Jr. and wife Judy; Samuel Lee Harding and wife Elizabeth; sister Lorin J. Harding Stewart and husband Joe all of whom live on the Harding farm in Cambridge; three nieces; four nephews and numerous relatives; also a special friend Robert Wilson.
She will be greatly missed by her little dog Daisey.
Preceding her in death was a brother Larry Lesley Harding.
Joy's wishes were to be cremated. Her ashes will be brought home to the family farm at Town Point and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
