Joyce Desaulniers

Joyce Desaulniers, age 73, a three year resident of Madison, MD, formally of Pasadena, MD passed away February 6, 2011 at Chesapeake Woods Center, Cambridge, MD.

Born August 7, 1937 in Liverpool England, she was the daughter of the late William and Ada Poultney.

On February 8, 1958 she married Joseph Roger Desaulniers. He died in 1976.

Mrs. Desaulniers enjoyed spending time with family, bowling, music, and going to the beach.

Surviving are a daughter Lisa Danielle Arbogast of Hanover, MD; a son Roger Lee Desaulniers of Madison, MD.; four grandchildren Robert and Gary Arbogast, Joey and Devon Desaulniers; six great grandchildren, Zackary, Danielle, and Brianna Arbogast; Ethan Stewart, Makayla and Sverre Baker Jr.; a brother Stephan Poultney of Wales, UK.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband was her companion of thirty years Richard Williams.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 19th at Curran-Bromwell Funeral Home, P.A., 308 High St., Cambridge, MD, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
