Born in Baltimore, MD on July 6, 1948, she was a daughter of Ruth Frances Lloyd and Walter Barrett.
Linda worked as an office clerk for the State Comptroller of Maryland.
She is survived by her son John Charron and his wife Bonnie of Preston.
