Lottie V. Willoughby, 82, of Cambridge, Maryland passed away Wednesday morning, December 20, 2017 at Mallard Bay Care Center, Cambridge.
Born on October 1, 1935 in Dorchester County, she was a daughter of the late Phillip Anthony and Mignonette Hughes.
On April 18, 1999 she married George Darcy Willoughby.
Lottie worked as a cook for the Eastern Shore State Hospital for many years and also for several local restaurants until her retirement. One of her favorite past times was listening to Bluegrass gospel music.
Surviving her is husband Darcy; two children William M. Barrack, Jr. and Sylvia A. Barrack; one granddaughter and two great granddaughters; sisters Minnie Hall, Phyllis Shockley, Evelyn Bloom and Elsie Jones; a brother Sammy Hughes.
Preceding her in death besides her parents are two brothers Guy Anthony and Alfred T. Hughes; a sister Beulah Jane Blades; brother-in-laws Bobby Hall, Howard Bloom, Dorsey Shockley and Charles Blades; her first husband William Barrack, Sr. who died in 1993.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 beginning 1:00 p.m. at Madison United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1213 Old Madison Road, Madison, with Rev. Dave Stewart officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bud Bloom III, Bud Bloom IV, Bryan Hall, Robin Hall, Kenny Horseman, Benny Horseman, Alex Horseman and Little Benny Horseman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Nash, Chris Hughes, Scott Hughes and Alfred (Jr.) Hughes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lottie's name can be sent to The Ronald McDonald House of Baltimore, 635 W. Lexington Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
