NANCY MCKNETT
Nancy Lee Dashiell McKnett, 84, of Winter Haven, FL passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at George C. Forsythe House, an inpatient facility of Good Shepherd Hospice.
Born July 26, 1924 in Cambridge, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Edwin R. and Geneva M. Dashiell. She married Joseph E. McKnett on March 18, 1943, who survives at home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, JoAnn Rozelle Besch, and her husband, Daniel of Winter Haven, FL; a grandson, Joseph A. Rozelle, and his wife, Jennifer of Houston, TX; a granddaughter, Nan E. Lujan, and her husband, Scott of Chapel Hill, NC; a great-grandson, Logan A. Lujan; and a sister, Edwina A. Keech, of York, PA.
Private services were held in Florida. An inurnment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Cambridge, Maryland at a later date.
