Paul Darnell Jenkins

Paul Jenkins was born on April 8, 1980 and departed this life on June 22, 2025 at the Easton University of Maryland Hospital.

Paul was educated in the Seaford School District and later received his high school diploma in Maryland. He worked diligently in the food industry where he was known for his reliability and quiet strength. Paul also was a lover of sports and loved to watch and play chess.

He had a deep love for music and enjoyed watching cooking shows. He possessed a humble and gentle spirit that touched all that he knew.

Paul leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Teresa Deshields of Seaford, DE; three brothers, DeShawne Williams of Richmond, VA, Edward T. Jenkins, Jr. (Jackie) of Preston, MD and Jeremiah Nock of Seaford, DE. Also, extended family includes a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He also leaves behind four best friends, Chamaine Horsey (Sissy), Joe Norman, Jay Houstons and Demetrius Horsey.

Preceding Paul in death was his father Edward T. Jenkins, Sr.

Paul’s quiet presence and kind heart and love for life will deeply be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A viewing will be held at Immanuel House of Praise,  23094 Atlanta Road, Seaford, DE 19973 on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. A funeral service and celebration of life will follow approximately 11 a.m. at the church with Bishop Carlton Bowers officiating.
