Raymond Daniel Faulkner, age 60, of Cambridge, MD, died Tuesday morning, May 31, 2011 at his home.

Born May 17, 1951 in Cambridge, MD, he was the son of the late Raymond and Lottie Mae Todd Faulkner.

Raymond graduated from Cambridge High School, Class of 1969. He later attended Chesapeake College.

On September 22, 1973 he married the former Delores Mills.

Raymond was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

For thirty six years, Raymond was employed with The National Bank of Cambridge where he was Vice President retiring in 2009. Raymond had also been a member of the Cambridge Lions Club.

While he was in better health he liked fishing and gardening. His passion was music and being with his family and friends.

Surviving besides his wife, Delores Mills Faulkner of 37 years, are two daughters Michele Faulkner of Oxford, Mississippi and April Lynn Faulkner Hall (Shaun) of Cambridge; a brother Charles Michael Faulkner of Cambridge; mother-in-law Nettie Lucille Mills of Cambridge; and an expecting grandson.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was his father-in-law Donald Mills.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Friday evening, June 3rd at Curran-Bromwell Funeral Home, P.A. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Saturday morning, June 4th at the funeral home with The Rev. Jay Hurley, Pastor of Grace United Methodist Church, officiating at the service. Interment will follow in Dorchester Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Billy Marshall, Herbie Messick, Shaun Hall, Martin Tolley, Wayne Marshall, Ray King, Michael McGlaughlin and Billy Gannon.
