Leroy is survived by his wife Grace; a daughter Robin Miller (Robert) of Cambridge; step-children Melissa Hughes (Ronnie) of Madison, Richie Kurtz (Heather) of North Carolina, Jerry Dill, Jr. (Mary) and Tedd Dill both of Delaware; grandchildren James Hurley(Megan), Brandon Kurtz (fiancé Brianna), Carly Miller and Ronnie Hughes, Jr.; great grandchildren Brandon Kurtz, Jr. and Delaney Hurley and numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Dottie Ann Rogers of Missouri, William Newcomb of Denton, MD, Mae Klinefelter of Richmond, VA, Marion Newcomb of Hurlock, MD and Timothy Newcomb of Vienna, MD; numerous nieces and nephews.
