Theresa Wilkins

Theresa Virginia Wilkins, 88, of Cambridge, Maryland passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury.
Born February 23, 1926 in Denton, MD, she was the daughter of Viola Virginia Thomas and Howard Rich. She had attended local schools in that area. For over 40 years she worked as a housekeeper for many families. A very honest and hardworking woman, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her love was her family and will be missed by them all.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gurney Wilkins, and a son, Charles Gleaves.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing, one daughter, Darlene Williams; three grandchildren, Tonya Winston Jackson, Cherise Williams Dawson and Gregory Williams; eleven great grandchildren and numerous friends.
A private service will be held by the immediate family.
